What is special about our cabinetry showroom?
"If the showroom is your stage and that customer walking in the door is your audience, they won’t care if your salesperson is having a bad day. They expect a good attitude and professional service; anything less will send them back out the door they just walked through. Conversely, showering them with kindness and a little knowledge will make that great first impression that keeps them glued to their seats." "Your client’s comfort level with your place of business begins and ends with the people representing the company. From that first phone call to the handshake signifying the creation of an order, when those lights go up, your staff needs to enter your stage knowing their lines (the products), understanding their audience (the customers) and prepared to give the best performance of their lives." As a designer that works out of a cabinetry showroom on a daily basis I agree 100%. It starts with the initial contact. Whether it is a phone call or a cabinetry showroom visit customer service is always number one on our stage. What’s nice about working at Harlan Cabinets is that our cabinetry showroom is not only the stage, but an act of its own. We were recently at a trade show with one of our cabinetry showroom displays when one of our competitors took a moment to mention how well our cabinets show. What it all comes down to is that our desire to serve our customers along with the craftsmanship and beauty of our showroom produce an award worthy production.
As a designer I take great pride in knowing our cabinets in and out. It only makes sense that we understand what separates our construction, finish and design from the other guys. Being comfortable speaking with our homeowners and understanding their personality within a few moments helps us to adapt to their style and flow. The first few contacts with our customers should assure them of our service and quality. Our cabinetry showroom should reinforce their confidence in our ability to produce the kitchen and bath grand finale of their dreams.
Let me walk you through our cabinetry showroom.
I look forward to serving you…
