Tom McClung- National Sales Manager I am Tom McClung, the new National Sales Manager at Harlan Cabinets. My career in the cabinetry industry spans over thirty years, most of it with custom manufactures in northern Indiana. I look forward to working with the very talented team here and expanding our distribution through a network of kitchen dealers that share an appreciation of all the Harlan Cabinets has to offer. I have personally ascribed to the business philosophy that centers on an emphasis of building long-term relationships with our business partners. I believe the process of combining the talented group of craftsmen here at Harlan Cabinets along with a commitment to customer satisfaction will result in a rewarding experience for both Harlan and our customers. Aside from pursing my passion for the custom woodworking industry, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children. Our family shares common interests in outdoor sports from boating in the summer to snow skiing in the winter months. We enjoy traveling, entertaining, spending time with friends, and watching movies. |

Darrell- Dealer Coordinator I am Darrell Graber, dealer sales and commercial projects coordinator. My career in the world of custom cabinets began in 1984, right here at Harlan Cabinets. I originally attended college to become an architect. As things worked out, I took on the position of draftsman here. After the first 6 months I became a full time salesperson, where I focused my attention toward learning everything I could about the cabinet needs of our customers. I find this a little difficult to comprehend, but I have taken part in designing cabinets for well over two-thousand homes in my stay.
Outside the doors of Harlan Cabinets, I am a Dad and automotive enthusiast. |

 | Eric- Dealer Coordinator I was invited to be part of the Harlan Cabinets family in September of 2011 as a draftsman. My degree is in Computer Drafting & Design. That combined with my passion for making things out of wood had me pretty excited about starting a new chapter and continuing my education in a practical/ hands on environment. After two years of drafting, I was given an opportunity to be part of the Dealer Sales and Customer Service team. Now I review dealer orders and answer questions that may arise during the process. Away from Harlan Cabinets I am a husband to a loving wife and father to an awesome son. We enjoy spending time outdoors with our two Bearded Collies. During the winter months we attend Komets hockey games on a weekly basis. Home remodel projects occupy my weekends and we also enjoy spending time with family and friends playing board games and watching movies. |

Megan- Local Design & Sales I came to Harlan Cabinets with a background in architecture and furniture design. My experience in both has given me great appreciation for the craftsmanship and detail required to create cabinets for the ideal kitchen, vanity, or unique project. I strive to create “pragmatic poetry” in every space that I design; spaces that seamlessly serve their purpose and look fantastic. My design process includes uncovering important details, finding the right style, and assembling the parts and pieces to create an enjoyable space that has the perfect look, feel, and function. Outside cabinet design, I am highly involved with the Reclamation Project, a non-profit that empowers refugees living in the Fort Wayne area. Because of this, I get to interact with people from all over the world. I’m addicted to hiking and camping, love to dance, and am constantly taking on design challenges that range from building theater sets, to fabricating kitchen tables, to home additions. |

Nicole- Local Design & Sales
I am Nicole Setser, designer for local sales at Harlan Cabinets. I have been in the cabinet design business for over six years. I began my career with a thirst for design, a book, and a computer. As I continue to learn and grow with this rapidly, ever-changing industry I have found that I love designing along with all the challenges that come with each individual space. Seeing the beginnings of the project, the form and shape taken throughout the design process, to the end result are very rewarding for me. My favorite part is in knowing I am able to help take client(s) from print & paper to the livable, inviting space they were looking for and will cherish with their Harlan cabinets!
Outside my work life, my husband and I have 3 beautiful children. I love family and friend time the most, but when free time happens, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, exercising, and lake life. |

David- Operations
Hello, I'm David Wagler the Operations Manager here at Harlan Cabinets. Being a part of the second generation of family at Harlan Cabinets and being raised around custom cabinets has ingrained in me a real love of woodworking. I began full time at Harlan Cabinets in 1998 after attending Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. I started building custom cabinets in the shop while in high school, then worked in the sales department after college; Now I work in the day to day management of the company. It's very rewarding to carry on the tradition of quality and service that my father and uncles have built throughout the years. I am looking forward to the next stage in the life of Harlan Cabinets and can't wait to see where our commitment to that tradition takes us.
On a personal note, at home I enjoy spending time with my wife and three boys, we love to camp and spend time at Grandpa's pond during the summer months. We enjoy planting a garden every year and work as a family to grow and harvest our own vegetables. I also enjoy shooting sports and hunting.

Lee- Purchasing / Marketing
I have worked at Harlan Cabinets since 2003. Initially it was a stretch for me, as the majority of my work history involved customer service. After working on the shop floor for a couple of years, I was promoted into the office where my primary responsibility was pricing our cabinetry. About a year later our Purchasing Manager resigned unexpectedly and I was asked to fill his shoes. I am still in those shoes, buying everything from pencils to truck load quantities of lumber, but have also added the responsibility of managing all of Harlan Cabinets marketing, and their web presence (website & social media outlets). I also play a key role in searching for, interviewing, and hiring new employees. All of these combined responsibilities give me a unique perspective and have worked to make me a well rounded, resourceful, and versatile individual. Away from Harlan Cabinets I am a husband and dad. My family and I enjoy fishing, reading, hiking, traveling, watching movies, playing Wii, and board games. My personal hobby is photography and photo editing. I also love horses and dream of owning some one day. |
